For nearly 20 years, I've called North Greater Austin home, raising five kids with my husband, Pete, retired from teaching math to three decades of Central Texas students, and now guiding families through one of the biggest decisions they'll make: buying or selling a home.

As a REALTOR® with Real Broker, I hold designations including GRI, RENE, SRES, SRS, ABR, MRP, and AHWD — specialized training in negotiation, selling, buying, and working with seniors and veterans, plus so much more. I walk clients through every step in plain language — no jargon, no pressure, just a clear plan and someone in your corner. I work with about 40 to 50 families a year — enough experience to know the market completely.

Every home I list, I work with sellers to put their best foot forward, including staging it myself before it hits the market. It's part of the service, not an upsell — a home that shows well from day one sells faster and for more.

My dad and one of my sons served in the military, and helping veteran and military families find their footing in a new community is personal to me, not just a certification on a wall (MRP).

My faith and my community shape how I do business. I'm active with the Rotary Club of Pflugerville, the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce, and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 154, and I try to treat every client the way I'd want my own family treated — with honesty, follow-through, and someone who's still around long after closing day.
